scandinavia dlc not installed. Restart Steam. i have twice but still say not installed and when i goto game it says update availible, i have auto updates on. I tried restarting steam also. The DLC is not downloading. I even unchecked the DLC's and rechecked them to invoke the download, that didn't seem to coerce it.
